What is the cost to register on this site?

Nothing. There are no registration fees. Dealers can sign up for a Free or Paid plan. Private Sellers can list for Free.

How much does it cost for Dealers to list their vehicles?

Dealer plans start at... FREE! (That's good, right?) Check out our pricing details.

Can Dealers change their price plan?

Yes! Dealers can change their price plan at any time. Visit the Plan Details page or look for the Price Plan link on your Account Dashboard for more details.

How do I subscribe to a paid dealer plan?

Visit the Price Plan Details page or look for the Price Plan Details link on your Account Dashboard. In the Change Price Plan section, choose the paid plan to which you would like to subscribe and click the "Preview Plan Change" button. On the following screen you can check out the details of the plan change and see when your subscription charges will begin. From here, click the "Subscribe with Card" button to enter your payment information.

How do I add my vehicles to the site?

Dealers: We recommend that you setup an automated feed from your inventory management software provider. Doing so will save you the hassle of manually maintaining your inventory on our end.

Dealers and Private Sellers: You can manually add one vehicle at a time. Just look for the "New Listing" link on your account Dashboard.

How do I export my inventory to other sites?

Just visit the Inventory Exports page to get started. If you don't see the site you want to export to listed, please contact us and we will reach out to them.

How do I request a Demo Website for my dealership?

Just visit the Dealer Website page on your Account Dashboard and click the "Request Demo Website" button. You can review some details about demo websites and send your request. Once the request is received, we'll setup your demo website and notify you when it's ready.

How do I request a Website for my dealership?

Just visit the Dealer Website page on your Account Dashboard and click the "Request Website" button. We'll ask you for your domain name and you can send your request. Once the request is received, we'll setup your website and notify you when it's ready. Once you receive your notification from us there will be one more step you'll need to complete which we'll detail in the email.

How do I make changes to my Dealer/Demo Website?

Just visit the Dealer Website page on your Account Dashboard to view and change all settings related to your website. Any changes made to your website settings will be applied immediately to your website. All website settings apply to both Dealer and Demo Websites.

How do I change where my dealership shows on the map?

Any time you edit your dealership address on our site we will automatically map your address using the Goolge Maps API. However, this process is not always perfect. You should first check your Account Details to make sure your address is entered correctly. If your address is entered correctly and you would still like to change the location of your dealership on the map, click the Map button on your Account Details page to visit the Dealership Map page where you can drag your map marker to a new position and save it.

How much does it cost for a Private Seller to list their vehicles?

Nothing. Private Sellers can list their personal vehicles (up to 3 at one time) for FREE on LotBrowser.

Is this site secure?

Yes. Your transactions are protected by the latest encryption technology.

How do I find the vehicle I'm looking for?

You have a couple options:

  • We offer a "Quick Search" section on our home page.
  • We offer an "Advanced Search" page for you to refine your search criteria.

Can I save vehicles to revisit later?

Yes. Private Seller accounts allow you to maintain your own "Favorites" list. When you are logged in, each listing will display an "Add to Favorites" link. Simply click that link and that vehicle will be saved in your Favorites.

What if I can't find the vehicle I am looking for?

Private Seller accounts allow you to set up "Saved Searches". Saved Searches can be set to run automatically once a week, or even every day. When the search is run, we'll then email you a list of any new listings that match your search criteria. Change your email frequency or even opt out of having the search run automatically and it won't send any emails. Just look for the Save Search button at the bottom of the search criteria.

How do Buyers and Sellers communicate with each other?

We provide buyers with the ability to contact the seller through a form that is accessible on every vehicle listing. Just click the "Contact Seller" link, fill in the form and the seller will then be notified by email with your questions.

How do I update my account information?

It's easy! Just visit your Account Details page and click the Edit link at the top. Update your account information as needed and click Save Changes. You can also change your password from the Account Details screen.
