We also make it simple for Private Sellers to list their personal vehicles all while making it easy for browsers to find the best deals on the net. Dealers and Private Sellers alike will find a user-friendly listing process (we accept automated nightly feeds from Dealers too) with the ability to upload photos with their listings. This site is packed full of features for our sellers and a world of buyers is literally at your fingertips.

Dealer AND Private Seller Features

Here are some of the features that are common to Dealers and Private Sellers:

  • "Mobile Friendly" site offers an amazing experience whether you visit on your desktop, laptop, tablet or phone. You can even capture listing photos directly from your phone's camera.
  • "Account Dashboard" pages allow you to edit your account settings any time you wish... day or night.
  • "Listing" process is very simple to use. Our site guides you through each step of the process which only takes a minute or two before your listing is live on the site.
  • "VIN Decoder" speeds the manual listing process, saving you valuable time.
  • "Current Listings" page allows you to view a list of your "Active Listings" on the site, as well as edit those listings.
  • "CARFAX" links are visible on all listings (with a VIN), allowing buyers to easily purchase a report prior to purchase. For dealers, if you have already purchased a CARFAX report for the vehicle being viewed, we will link directly to that report and display the appropriate CARFAX logo. (Links to actual reports automatically appear within 24 hours of vehicle being listed and report being available.)
  • "Tell a Friend" link on each listing display page allows visitors to easily share a listing's details with a friend.
  • "Contact Seller" link is located on each listing page for your buyers to contact you directly with any questions they may have about your listing.

Dealer Only Features *

Here are some of the features that are specific to Dealers:

  • "Media" page allows you to upload your logo and banner and even a photo and video of your dealership for display on your listings and dealer information and inventory pages.
  • "Automated Feeds (Imports)" virtually eliminate manual data entry. We can accept a nightly inventory feed to keep your inventory updated. This saves you the need for double entry of your inventory by adding vehicles based on a data feed from your DMS. Read more about automated feeds.
  • New! "Inventory Exports" can automate daily exports of your inventory to the most popular 3rd party vehicle listing services like CarGurus and CarsForSale. Read more about inventory exports.
  • "ADF" (Auto-lead Data Format) support. Allows our system to email leads directly to your CRM (your software provider must support this feature) for automatic import.
  • "Google Map" with link to directions shown an all listings.
  • "Dealer's Inventory" link is conveniently located on the listing display page for your potential buyers to view all of your other listings that are currently active on the site.
  • "Featured Listing" status gives your listings some additional random exposure at the top of search pages and potentially on the home page too! Your listings also have priority (higher placement within search results) over other listings with the same criteria. And more attention is drawn to your listings with bold text and a different highlight color.

Private Seller Features

Here are some of the features that are specific to Private Sellers:

  • "Print Signs and Flyers" feature makes it easy to print brochures for placement around town or in the window of your vehicle (where allowed).
  • "Favorites" allow you to keep a list of your favorite vehicles. Add as many listings to your list as you wish and delete them any time within your personal account pages.
  • "Saved Searches" allow you to save your favorite searches and return to them later. Saved searches can also be set to automatically run weekly, or even daily, and email you the listings added since it was last run.
